        Eating less salt is one of the single best ways to prevent high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes. Yet, most restaurant meals are loaded with salt. We ascertained the sodium levels of adult and children’s meals from the 25 largest U.S. chain restaurants (by revenue in 2008).
