Comment on Proposed Protocols for questions to be answered by the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee

A comment from CSPI on a subset of the proposed protocols for key questions to be answered by the DGAC. CSPI urges the DGAC to exclude non-randomized controlled trials in favor of randomized controlled trials, and to exclude retrospective studies in favor of prospective studies.
