Spicy Chickpea Poppers make a great crispy snack or salad topper—if you can resist eating them all straight from the baking sheet, that is.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can no-salt-added chickpeas
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. coriander
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Drain, rinse, and blot dry the chickpeas. Toss well with the oil, spices, and salt. Roast on a lined baking sheet for 25 minutes.
