In his testimony today at a public hearing on a proposed rule, "Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science," CSPI President Peter G. Lurie calls on the agency to withdraw the proposal, calling it "a wolf of pro-industry bias hiding in the sheep’s clothing of transparency in science."
