CSPI Comment on Proposed Rule re: SNAP Standard Utility Allowances

CSPI filed comments with the USDA on December 2, 2019 in opposition to a proposed rule change regarding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP. Among the estimated 19 percent of households that would experience decreases in SNAP benefits, elderly and disabled individuals would be impacted disproportionately.
