This basic Snow Pea Stir-Fry is a simple way to use up vegetables you have on hand. A stir-fry tip: Shred and prep all your ingredients before you start cooking. Once you turn on the heat, it’s done cooking in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 2 cups shredded vegetables (try cabbage and/or carrots)
  • 2 tsp. neutral oil (like peanut, grapeseed, safflower, or sunflower)
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry the snow peas and shredded vegetables in the sizzling-hot oil until charred in spots and tender-crisp. 
  2. Season with the salt.
