Time: 45 minutes (includes chilling time)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 peaches, halved
  • 4 Tbs. vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Purée the raspberries with the sugar. In a small pan, bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the peaches, cut side down. Cover and steam until tender, 3–5 min.
  3. Remove the peaches and purée from the pan and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. To serve, drizzle the purée on each peach half, cut side up, and dollop with a tablespoon of yogurt.
