  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 2 cups milk
  • fresh berries (optional)


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the berries.
  2. Let sit 15 minutes, then whisk again.
  3. Spoon into 4 individual serving cups.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
  5. Top with the berries (if using).
