Zachary Goldstein (he/him/his) works with the Communications team to write, edit, and produce articles and other multimedia content for CSPI’s website. He also supports improvements to website user experience, tracking of editorial content performance, and updates to subscriber content.

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI, Zachary completed his Master of Science in Food Systems at the University of Vermont, where he examined food systems sustainability, science, and policy across the supply chain. During graduate school, he worked as a research assistant conducting interdisciplinary research on dairy sustainability and wrote his master's thesis on farmer interactions with groundwater policies in California. Before graduate school, Zachary worked for two years for the National Journal in Washington, DC, creating written and visual policy summaries such as infographics, charts, maps, and policy briefs for the media organization’s website. He earned his BA at Brown University, where he studied Public Policy and Philosophy.
