William B. Schultz is a partner Zuckerman Spaeder. He is also a member of the Committee on Science, Law and Technology, National Academy of Sciences; Leadership Council, Yale School of Public Health; Board of Directors, National Health Law Center; and Board of Trustees, Partners in Health. Mr. Schultz previously served as General Counsel at Department of Health and Human Services; Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Department of Justice; Deputy Commissioner, Food and Drug Administration; Counsel to the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Health and the Environment; and litigation attorney at Public Citizen Litigation Group. He taught Food and Drug Law and Civil Litigation at Georgetown University Law Center and began his career as a law clerk for Judge William Bryant, U.S. District Court.
