Noelle Battle (she/her/hers) provides strategic program management of CSPI’s Bloomberg Philanthropies grants, oversight and portfolio management of all other CSPI grants and restricted funding, management of CSPI's grantmaking activities, other systems improvement projects for CSPI.

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI Noelle was the Senior Business Development Officer for the Performance Monitoring for Action project within the Gates Institute at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has a background in finance and consulting and has worked with NGOs in Guatemala and Tanzania. Noelle earned an MPH from JHSPH and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
