Kirby Page (she/her/hers) oversees CSPI's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work. The program works across the organization to develop DEI strategies and programming. Within the DEI work, there are critical elements of interpersonal development, strategic planning, and learning programs.

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI, Kirby worked for Partners In Health in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion roles focusing on organizational change and DEI programming, as well as fundraising and policy and advocacy. She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity in a volunteer capacity, serving on their advocacy committee for four years. She earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Boston University.

What's the most inspiring part of your job?

The most inspiring part of my job is coming into an organization of dedicated and talented individuals and being able to work together to effect change and organizational culture that allows us to work better together.
