Colin Schwartz, MPP
Director of Federal Affairs

Colin Schwartz is CSPI's lead lobbyist on issues ranging from the school meals programs to the Farm Bill and facilitates the National Alliance for Nutrition and Activity (NANA), the nation’s largest nutrition advocacy coalition.
Prior experience
Prior to joining CSPI, he served as director of government affairs at the Physicians Committee, policy and communications manager for the American Association of People with Disabilities, and manager of Viral Hepatitis Policy and Legislative Affairs at the National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors. He earned an MPP from Harvard University and a B.A. and B.S. in cognitive science and psychology at the University of California, San Diego.
