As a policy associate on the Regulatory Affairs team, Christina LiPuma (she/her/hers) is involved in research and advocacy pertaining to food labeling and its potential to improve public health through impacts at the consumer and industry level.

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI, Christina worked for Spectrum Health Services providing individual outpatient medical nutrition therapy and group nutrition programming to patients on Medicaid. She earned an MPH from Johns Hopkins where she focused on food systems and a BS in dietetics from Syracuse University. She completed her training as a registered dietitian at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

I am inspired by the energy of my coworkers in moving forward projects that they are passionate about, specifically working to get legislation passed that will benefit public health!
