Whisk together 2 Tbs. olive oil, 1 Tbs. reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1 Tbs. tomato paste, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, 1 tsp. brown sugar, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper. Toss with 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken. Sauté or grill until cooked through, 4–10 minutes.
