Dish of the Month: Smoked Almond Caesar
Whisk together 4 Tbs. mayo, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, ½ tsp. dijon mustard, 1 finely grated clove garlic, and ¼ tsp. salt. Toss with 8 cups shredded kale, romaine, or cabbage and ¼ cup chopped smoked almonds.
