Steam 1 lb. bok choy, 1-2 minutes. Whisk together 1 Tbs. miso, 1 Tbs. water, 1 tsp. rice vinegar, ½ tsp. toasted sesame oil, and ½ tsp. honey. Spoon over the bok choy. Top with 1 Tbs. sesame seeds.
