In a large non-stick pan, sauté 1 minced garlic clove in 2 Tbs. olive oil for 1 minute. Stir in 1 Tbs. miso paste and 2 Tbs. water. Add 4 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry until tender-crisp, 1-2 minutes.
