- Who: Vulnerable shoppers (including senior citizens, pregnant women, and people with underlying health concerns)
Costco Wholesale

- Who: People who are 60 and older and people with disabilities
Harris Teeter
- When: Mondays and Thursdays 6-8 a.m.
