Whisk together 2 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 Tbs. reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil, and ¼ tsp. honey. Spoon over 8 cups salad greens and 1 sliced pear. Serves 4.
