Sauté 1 minced garlic clove in 2 Tbs. oil for 1 minute. Add a pinch of dried oregano, ¼ tsp. salt, and a 15 oz. can no-salt-added beans with their liquid. Bring to a simmer. Mash or purée. Eat on tacos or tostadas.
