Sauté 1 sliced red onion in 1 Tbs. olive oil until browned. Season with 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar, ½ tsp. honey, ¼ tsp. black pepper, and ⅛ tsp. salt. Enjoy on roasted vegetables, salads, sandwiches, chicken, or fish.
