Dish of the Month: Cool Cucumber Salad
Whisk together 1 Tbs. rice vinegar, 1 Tbs. soy sauce, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 1 tsp. chile flakes, and 1⁄2 tsp. sugar. Toss with 2 cups cucumber, 1⁄4 cup red onion, and 1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds.
