Sauté 1 cup diced onion and ½ cup sliced celery in 1 Tbs. olive oil. Remove from skillet. Sauté ½ lb. sliced mushrooms in 1 Tbs. olive oil. Stir in onions & celery, 1 Tbs. soy sauce, and 2 cups cooked wild rice blend.
