The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and Consumer Federation of America (CFA) write to urge the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to take immediate enforcement action against Molson Coors Beverage Company, the manufacturer of Vizzy Hard Seltzer, which advertises that it is "made with antioxidant Vitamin C." Making claims on FDA-regulated alcoholic beverages based on the presence of nutrients added through fortification is illegal under FDA rules.
