Khadijah Taylor

Khadijah Taylor serves as Development Coordinator for CSPI. Khadijah is responsible with managing the gift acknowledgement process for the mid-level, major donors and planned giving programs. Prior to joining CSPI, she worked as a Resource Development Coordinator for National 4H Council, where she had a range or responsibilities including producing monthly donor reports and coordinating logistics for program implementation and ensuring donor deliverables are met. Prior to that, she served as a Workforce Development Coordinator for the United States Veterans Initiative. Khadijah earned her BS in Sociology from Bowie State University.

Garrett Darrah

Garrett Darrah

Garrett Darrah serves as the Grants Administrator on CSPI’s Development team. Prior to joining CSPI, Garrett worked as an Agency Relations Coordinator for Food Bank of Central New York, where he established and grew relationships with community-based organizations battling food insecurity. He has also served as an Agriculture Program Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, where he supported small-scale farmers and the development of a stronger local food economy. Garrett is pursuing an M.S. in Sustainable & Resilient Food Systems at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and earned a B.A. in Geology from Binghamton University. He is fully remote, based near Syracuse, New York.

Noelle Battle

Noelle Battle

Noelle Battle serves as the Grants Manager on the Development team.  Prior to joining CSPI Noelle was the Senior Business Development Officer for the Performance Monitoring for Action project within the Gates Institute at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has a background in finance and consulting and has worked with NGOs in Guatemala and Tanzania. Noelle earned an MPH from JHSPH and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.  

Spencer Champagne

Spencer Champagne

Spencer Champagne, Individual Gifts Officer, assists CSPI’s Partner level supporters in realizing their philanthropic goals of creating a healthier, safer food supply. Prior to joining CSPI, Spencer worked for the National Park Foundation and National Geographic Society in multiple leadership giving and direct marketing roles. Spencer is a Marine Corps veteran, having served in Iraq, Cuba, Lebanon, and other locations globally.

Hannah Dallmann

Hannah Dallmann, Senior Development Officer, works with CSPI’s financial supporters to advance our nutrition and advocacy work. Prior to joining CSPI, Hannah was the development director at MoveOn, senior director of development at Amnesty International USA, and director of development at CARE USA. Hannah earned an MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago where she was a McCormick Tribune Urban and Community Leadership Fellow. She received her BA in Russian Studies with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Florida.She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Estonia and Georgia and still dreams about the incredible open-air food markets in Tbilisi.

Jordan Agnew

Jordan Agnew is the Individual Gifts Officer at CSPI.  Prior to joining CSPI, Agnew served as Director of Individual Giving & Online Giving at the Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB).  He held a variety of roles and responsibilities during his 10-year tenure working in CAFB’s development department including major gift cultivation, direct response fundraising, CRM strategy and administration, data analysis, grant writing and digital marketing.  Agnew earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University.

Jane Welna

Jane Welna

Jane Welna, Director of Development, oversees foundation relations for CSPI's nutrition and food safety advocacy programs. Prior to joining CSPI in October 2001, she served as Director of Development at Downtown Community Television Center in New York City and Executive Director at the documentary photography cooperative Impact Visuals. Jane graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Art History.
