Isabella (she/her/hers) is a Policy Associate in the Science Department. She works on advocacy campaigns related to federal agency transparency, conflict-of-interest disclosures in research and policymaking, corporate and government accountability, and drug and medical device regulation.

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI, Isabella worked as a Research Analyst at the Program in Oral Health, a clinical study seeking to improve older adults' access to dental care. As a Policy Intern at the Chicago Department of Public Health, she reported on community health workers' roles in emergency preparedness and contributed to developing an asthma home remediation program. Her work has been published in the Annals of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and Academic Pediatrics. Isabella earned her MPH in Health Policy and her BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
