During the Spring and Summer CSPI publishes five issues of the Nutrition Action Healthletter. They are March, April, May, June, and July/August. The approximate delivery dates are as follows—
| March 2008 | Vol. 35 No. 2 | February 27 through March 8 |
| April 2008 | Vol. 35 No. 3 | March 26 through April 5 |
| May 2008 | Vol. 35 No. 4 | April 23 through May 3 |
| June 2008 | Vol. 35 No. 5 | May 21 through May 31 |
| Jul/Aug 2008 | Vol. 35 No. 6 | July 23 through August 2 |
Nutrition Action Healthletter publishes ten issues per calendar year. They are January/February, March, April, May, June, July/August, September, October, November, and December.
Generally you should receive each issue during the last week of the month prior to its date (add one week for Hawai'i and Alaska).
Example: The April issue should arrive in late March.
The combination issues should arrive at the end of their first month.
Example: The January/February issue should arrive in late January.

Q: Where do I find my subscription ID number and expiry date?
A: They are both above your name on the Nutrition Action mailing label.
Ex. 71632519 DEC2009
The first eight digit number is your subscription ID number. Please use it on all correspondence to us. Next is the expiry date of your subscription. (Ex. DEC2009 means December 2009, and JAN2010 means January/February 2010). The rest are for the post office.
Q: Can I change my address on your Web site?
A: Yes, just have your Nutrition Action mailing label handy and click here to change your address.
Q: For some reason my postal carrier didn’t deliver the latest issue. Can you send it to me again?
A: Yes. Please write us at circ@cspinet.org. Include your name, address (for verification) and subscription ID number. The replacement should be to you within 3 weeks.
Q: I’m accidentally receiving two copies of each issue. Can you combine them?
A: Yes. Please write us at circ@cspinet.org with the two subscription ID numbers and the correct name and address to keep. We will merge them and assign a new expiration date.
Q: I saw a nutrition poster from CSPI the other day. How do I go about getting a copy?
A: CSPI has produced many nutrition posters, as well as other teaching aids, since 1971. To find out what’s currently available write to circ@cspinet.org.
Q: I want to talk to someone at Nutrition Action about past payments I’ve made. Who do I speak to?
A: Send your information request to circ@cspinet.org along with your name, address and subscription ID number. We will research your file for you and correspond back.
Q: How can I send a letter to the editor; question a Nutrition Action writer or researcher; question a statement in Nutrition Action; or find out when that certain article ran?
A: For questions like these please write to nah@cspinet.org. That address will take you to CSPI’s Nutrition department and the folks who write Nutrition Action.
Q: Can I give a Nutrition Action subscription as a gift?
A: Yes! The easiest way to order gift subscriptions is to fill out the order form that is bound in the middle of most issues. If you don’t have that form though don’t despair.
Send us your name, address and subscription ID number along with the complete names and addresses of who you want to receive a gift subscription to Nutrition Action. The price is $24 (U.S. and Canada) for the first gift and $20 (U.S. and Canada) for each thereafter. Send your check and request to the appropriate address (Washington or Toronto).
